What we collect
- For an order: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, what you bought and any gift card message.
- For an account: your name, email address and password. The password is stored only as a secure hash.
- For saved toys: which toys you saved.
- For saved addresses: the names, addresses and phone numbers you choose to keep for delivery. You can change or delete them in your account at any time.
- For a contact message: your name, email address and message.
We do not collect your card details. They go directly to our payment provider, Trezuz.
Why we use it
To deliver your order, send order and return emails, answer your questions and meet our legal obligations, such as keeping records for tax. We do not send marketing emails.
Who can see it
Only our staff who need it for your order or question, our payment provider and the courier who delivers your parcel. Every time a member of staff opens personal details, it is recorded.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires. You can ask us to close your account at any time.
