About these terms
These terms apply to every order placed on this website. The seller is Archling.
Placing an order
Your order is confirmed when our payment provider confirms your payment. We email you a confirmation. If a price or the stock of an item changes before you pay, checkout shows you the new total and asks you to confirm again.
Prices and payment
Prices include VAT and are charged in euros. Prices shown in US dollars are estimates based on the European Central Bank reference rate; checkout shows the exact euro amount before you pay. You pay on our payment provider's secure page by card or digital wallet.
Delivery
We deliver to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. Standard delivery costs €4.95 and is free on orders over €45.00. Next-day delivery costs €9.95. The cost is shown before you pay.
Returns and refunds
If you buy as a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Start a return from your order page, or contact us. Our returns and refunds policy has the details. Send the items back within 14 days of telling us.
We refund the price of the returned items, and the standard delivery charge if you return the whole order, within 14 days of receiving the items back or proof that you sent them. Refunds go to the card or wallet you paid with, in euros. You pay for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or incomplete.
Faulty items
If something arrives damaged, has a piece missing or develops a fault, tell us with your order number. Your legal rights for goods that are not as described or are faulty always apply.
Promo codes
A promo code takes the percentage shown off the price of the items in your order. One code per order. Codes may have an end date or a limited number of uses and cannot be exchanged for cash.
