Changing your mind
If you buy as a consumer, you can return anything within 14 days of the day it was delivered, without giving a reason. Send it back within 14 days of telling us, unused and with all its pieces.
How to return
- Open your order, from the link in your order email or from your account.
- Choose “Return an item”, pick what you are sending back and why.
- We check the request and email you where to send it.
You can also write to us with your order number.
Return postage
You pay for return postage, unless the toy arrived damaged, faulty or with a piece missing. Then we cover it.
Your refund
We refund the price of the returned items within 14 days of receiving them back, or proof that you sent them. If you return the whole order, we also refund the standard delivery charge.
- The refund goes to the card or wallet you paid with, through our payment provider.
- It is paid in euros, the currency you were charged in, even if you browsed in US dollars.
- If you used a promo code, the refund is the amount you actually paid.
- Your bank may take a few working days to show it.
Faulty or incomplete
If something arrives damaged, stops working or has a piece missing, tell us with your order number. Your legal rights for goods that are faulty or not as described always apply, in addition to this policy.
Cancelling an order
Write to us as soon as you can. If the order has not shipped yet, we cancel it and refund the full amount you paid, delivery included.
